SEA COAST 2020
DECTRIS is supporting the training of young scientists from South East Asia in crystallography. We sponsor the second edition of the SEA COAST workshop in Bangkok, Thailand, where Andreas Förster, Application Scientist Crystallography will discuss the aspects of a successful diffraction experiment with Hybrid Photon Counting detectors.
SEA COAST is the South East Asian Crystallographic Overview and Systematic Training. The course will teach the fundamental concepts of macromolecular X-ray crystallography and all aspects of the protein structure solution process. Data collection experts and developers of crystallographic software will share their knowledge and skills in a region underserved by training in crystallography.
